  4. Internet Explorer doesn’t appear in the client list and actions aren’t synchronized

If all your other browsers and mobile devices appear in the Ghostlab’s client list and are synchronized, and it’s just Internet Explorer that doesn’t, please make sure that

  • you are using a version of Internet Explorer that is supported by Ghostlab (IE 9+);
  • Internet Explorer isn’t set to compatibility mode. This will simulate a very old version of the browser, which isn’t supported. In older versions of IE, watch out for a blue highlighted torn document icon next to the URL bar, which indicates that the compatibility mode is turned on. On more recent versions, open IE’s developer (or “F12”) tools and make sure that you’re using a supported browser mode in the “Emulation” tab.
